Student Transcripts

CFT ACS & ICBA maintains all student records on a permanent file at our Connecticut office. Students who wish to obtain a copy of their CFT ACS & ICBA student record should complete the CFT ACS & ICBA Student Request For Recordkeeping Services Form.

Most colleges and universities require an official transcript when students request a transfer of CFT ACS & ICBA credit. An official transcript costs $10.00. The official transcript fee, along with the Student Request for Recordkeeping Services Form, should be mailed to the CFT ACS & ICBA office.

Transferring Your College Credits to CFT ACS & ICBA - Transfer Credit Evaluation

CFT ACS & ICBA accepts transfer college credits from most colleges and universities. In order to receive transfer credit into a CFT students record, students will need to complete the CFT ACS & ICBA Student Request For Recordkeeping Services Form, and forward it to the CFT ACS & ICBA office, along with the $30.00 transfer credit evaluation fee. Please instruct your college to send your transcript directly to the CFT ACS & ICBA office. Upon completion of the transfer credit evaluation by CFT ACS & ICBA , students will receive a CFT ACS & ICBA transcript reflecting which college credits were accepted into their CFT ACS & ICBA student record.

CFT Atlantic and Central States College Discount Certificate

In order to qualify for a college affiliation discount with Quinnipiac College in New Haven, CT., Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT., or Nichols College in Dudley, MA, you must purchase a CFT ACS & ICBA College Affiliation Discount Certificate. You may obtain this certificate by completing the CFT ACS & ICBA Student Request For Recordkeeping Services Form, and forwarding it (along with a $10.00 fee) to CFT ACS & ICBA , P.O. Box 969, Norwich, CT 06360. The $10.00 fee entitles you to discount certificates for one full year at one of the colleges listed above.

Student Request For Recordkeeping Services Form

Complete a Student Request For Recordkeeping Services Form and mail the signed request to CFT ACS & ICBA along with the corresponding fee. Due to student privacy laws, all transcript requests must be mailed with the students signature on the request form.
